NVCOM does not find SceneScan device

NVCOM.EXE 19.6.2019 does not find any devices. It just says "waiting data". I´m able to connect with browser to device without any problems. :?:

Hi Matti,

which firmware version is running on your SceneScan device and which NVCom version do you have installed on your PC?

Problem solved, 7.10 version nvcom.exe 19.11.2019 works.
Firmware 4.1.1
How does subpixel optimization work? What does it do?

Hi Matti,

subpixel optimization tries to improve the accuracy of the image correlation to an accuracy that is below 1 pixel (we compute with 1/16th pixel). This is a separate step after it found the initial correlation at pixel level accuracy. This method significantly improves the the depth resolution.
